Eisenkolb ATS-2400 Series | Automatic Roman Blind Pocket Stitcher

The machine is equipped with a Durkopp Adler single-needle post bed sewing machine, featuring a reversible top-driven roller for flawless stitching. It offers an effective sewing width of 450 cm, ideal for stitching extra-wide Roman blinds or multiple blinds simultaneously. The standard machine height is 420 cm, but it can be raised up to 620 cm. The variable tunnel depth ranges from 10 mm to 25 mm.

The lifting beam is equipped with pneumatic clamps, making fabric fastening easy. The self-supporting frame construction ensures smooth machine movement. The machine is operated via an industrial Windows-based computer with a 15” touch screen, offering simple operation. It comes standard with remote service for technical support.

The machine is designed for easy maintenance, featuring a unique automatic extractable sewing head.

Available Options:

• Tape attaching unit for blackouts, preventing pinholes
• Cutting device for trimming Roman blinds to the finished height
• Barcode interface for importing .txt files and .xls tables
• Thread breakage sensor for detecting broken upper thread
