Eisenkolb DCP-2300 is an automatic 2 needle lock stitch machine the needle feed machine is fitted with a rear puller for effiecient and pucker free tape attaching. Needle spacing customised according to customer specifications.

The automatic sewing amchine is fitted with large size, double capcity hooks to inscrease machine output by cutting down machine stops to replace the bobbin.

• Complete with tape feed and guide for perfect application of pleat tape and ripplefold/wave tape.
• Equipped with edge guide and simple folder for easy position of the tape in relation to the curtain.
• The sewing unit is electronically removable for easy threading, cleaning and general maintenance.
• Start/stop drawstrings are place along the full length of the frame which provide an important contribution to the efficiency of the machine and the ergonomics to support the operator.

Optional extras:

• Electro hydraulic height adjustment for ergonomic work positions.
• Automatic ripplefold tape buttoon counter

Production capacity: 75 panels per hour (average curtain width 2.5 panels).
