Eisenkolb PCS-3000 Series | Auto Multi Function Cutting System

The patented 270º rotating clamp bar is designed to securely hold fabrics during ultrasonic or knife cutting, allowing the fabric to be cut across the entire surface of the table without needing to be moved. A variety of high-quality cutting tools are available, including:

• Rinco 35kHz ultrasonic cutter
• Round cutting knife
• Optional Firestar 60 W air-cooled laser cutter

With a cutting and marking width of 3.2 m and a customer-specified length in 1.5 m sections, the machine provides a large cutting surface. The automatic draw system, with pneumatic clamps, unrolls and positions the fabric on the table. The variable adjustable 0-point, equipped with a laser pointer, simplifies the positioning of various cutting tools. Servo-controlled movement ensures precise accuracy, and an easily adjustable low-power alignment laser helps square panels and patterns.

Available Options:

• 180 micron UV ink marker unit for quick marking of hems and ring positions
• Exhaust ventilation with activated carbon filter
• Barcode interface for importing .txt / .dxf files and reading .xls tables

Production Capacity:

• 15-20 Roman blinds per hour in single cut mode
• 25-30 Roman blinds per hour in multi-cut mode
