The RIMAC PG343 automatic curtain pleating machine is controlled by PLC making it possible to manage parameters and store programs through the easy to use touch screen, ideal for curtain workrooms that work with an array of fabrics.

The PG343 allows an operator to adjust the type of fold for the curtain (simple, double or simple seam), the length of the folds, the distance between the folds, the number of stitches for each fold.

The machine is equipped with a rear puller which improves the transport of fabric through the machine and can be equipped with guides for hemming while simultaneously sewing either velcro, tape or ribbons under the folds, making a difficult process manageable for any operator to process that would generally require extremely skilled operators.

Programs can be saved in easily loadable recipes for each different type of curtain.
