Automate your carpet overlocking process with the RIMAC R246G. Featuring an advanced edge-reading device and mat-moving system that enables the R246G to overlock carpets of various shapes without the need for programming, granting high-quality results with minimal operator skill required.

Once the carpet is loaded manually, the machine automatically completes the overlock cycle, unloads the finished piece, and neatly stacks it at the rear of the machine. An integrated ultrasound system welds the thread at the end of the seam, ensuring a secure and durable finish.

A control panel, equipped with a touch screen system allows for simple and intuitive programming and stores all parameters in easily recallable programs. The automatic recognition system eliminates the need for reprogramming when switching between different carpet shapes, further streamlining production.
