The SW12 is the largest Rasor bench cutting machine available. With over 30 years in the market, the SW12 has achieved top standards in technology and safety, continuing to excel in high-thickness cutting applications. Its 120mm diameter blade can slice through fabrics up to 50mm thick. Powered by a robust 180W motor and durable bronze/steel gear coupling, it delivers high torque and a blade speed of 850 rpm. The SW12 is widely used in the textile and technical fabric industries, making it especially effective for cutting thick materials like mattresses, foams, and multi-layer natural fibers. The innovative push-button sharpening stone allows for quick knife edge sharpening in under 10 seconds without removing the blade. The aluminum cutting base, equipped with Teflon®-coated rollers, facilitates smooth material feeding and reduces friction.
