Eisenkolb CCP-2300 Series | Auto Lockstitch Hemming System

The machine is equipped with a high-speed Juki 1-needle lockstitch sewing machine featuring adjustable top and bottom feed. It includes two multifunctional, easily interchangeable air-injected hemmers, capable of producing perfect single and double hems with a maximum width of 120 mm. The sewing unit is electrically removable, facilitating threading, cleaning, and maintenance.

Start/stop drawstrings, positioned along the full length of the frame, enhance both machine efficiency and operator ergonomics. The compact, space-saving frame is paired with a synchronized conveyor belt measuring 550 cm in length, ensuring smooth operation. The machine is designed for simple and user-friendly operation.
