Eisenkolb PPS-2300 Series | Fully Automatic Curtain Pinch Pleating System

The machine is equipped with a Brother X-Y feed lockstitch sewing machine, pre-programmed to sew curtain pleats ranging from 6 to 12.5 cm in width. It features a user-friendly touch screen interface with a help function, allowing operators to visually pre-program the machine. Remote access is available for technical support. The pleat calculation module simplifies setting the desired pleat depths and distances, with a patented pleat calculation program that positions seams as needed (either inside or next to the pleat).

The computer-controlled folding station automatically folds single, double, or triple pleats, and the pleats can be secured with either L-tacks or spot tacks. The desired speed and thread tension can be easily selected through the Nexio touch screen. The fully automatic Microflex curtain hook feed system allows hook height to be adjusted in 5 mm increments, and the system includes a 100-hook container. Needle cooling ensures optimal performance, especially with difficult fabrics.
