Eisenkolb BCP-2300 Series | Auto Blindstitch Hemming System

The machine is equipped with a Yamato high-speed universal 1-needle chain stitch blind hem machine, featuring both top and bottom driven pullers. It comes with two multifunctional, easily interchangeable air injection hemmers, capable of creating perfect single and double hems up to a maximum width of 130 mm.

The sewing unit is electrically removable, simplifying threading, cleaning, and maintenance. Start/stop drawstrings, running along the entire length of the frame, significantly enhance machine efficiency and operator ergonomics. The compact, space-saving frame is fitted with a synchronized conveyor belt that extends 550 cm in length, ensuring smooth operation. The machine is designed for easy and intuitive use.

Available Options:

• Electro-hydraulic height adjustment for ergonomic work positions
• Extended puller for processing hems up to 150 mm in width

Production Capacity: 50 panels per hour, bottom and side hems (average panel length of 250 cm)*
