Elizabeth Machines provides service and repair support for our industrial equipment range. Please note that we do not service or repair domestic home sewing machines. Steam irons and handheld cutters are offered on a back to base basis. Customers are welcome to return these items directly to our service department for assessment and repair. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help with any questions about eligible products or service options.
