Eisenkolb EPS-2200 Series | Pinch Pleater

The machine is equipped with a Brother X-Y feed lockstitch sewing machine, pre-programmed to create curtain pleats up to 12.5 cm in height. It features a special tack program for attaching manually folded double or triple pleats. The desired sewing program, speed, and thread tension can be easily selected using the Nexio touch screen.

The machine includes a fully automatic Microflex curtain hook feed system, with hook height adjustments in 5 mm increments, and a 100-hook container. A precise, easily adjustable low-power alignment laser ensures even pleat distances, while the pleat guide is adjustable for flexibility.

• Pleat distance: 65-185 mm
• Maximum pleat thickness: 18 mm

Available Options:

• Pleat calculation module for easy determination of pleat depths and distances
• Patented pleat calculation program for desired seam positioning (inside or next to the pleat)
