Along with the standard 1-needle machine models, there are also specialized versions available, including those designed for handling extra heavy materials and a model equipped with a thread trimmer. This machine is suitable for a wide variety of heavy industrial materials, such as cargo handling belts and containers, as well as general-use products like car seats, sofas, and bags. It plays a key role in enhancing both product quality and productivity.
A new feed mechanism with a rectangular feeding motion prevents stitch gathering
The new mechanism with a rectangular feeding motion ensures a steady feed of materials of all thicknesses without stitch gathering. The lower orbit of the feed dog prevents material from shifting and helps minimize operating noise and vibration.
The alternating vertical movement mechanism prevents irregular stitches
The machine features a new mechanism that maintains the ratio of the alternate vertical movement between the walking foot and presser foot, even when the material thickness changes. When working with heavy-weight materials, the presser foot lift remains unaffected, ensuring it contacts the material at the same time as it does with lighter sections. This guarantees consistent pressure from the walking foot, preventing irregular stitches. Additionally, the amount of alternating vertical movement between the walking foot and presser foot can be adjusted up to a maximum of 6.5mm, depending on the height of multilayered material portions.
Consistent seam quality
By incorporating a new rectangular feed mechanism, an alternating vertical movement mechanism, and a unison feed mechanism, the machine delivers powerful and smooth feeding of heavy materials. It consistently produces well-tensioned seams without pitch errors. With a maximum stitch length of 9mm, the machine is suitable for a wider variety of applications.

LU-1508NH, LU-1509NH (for extra heavy materials)
The maximum stitch length is 10mm. The full rectangular feed motion ensures precise feeding of extra-heavy materials while preventing stitch gathering. With a 38mm needlebar stroke and a long 190R needle, the machine is capable of sewing extra-heavy materials. Additionally, it features an extra-large steel handwheel with a diameter of φ175.
LU-1510N, LU-1511N Series (with automatic lubricating mechanism)
The automatic lubrication system enhances maintainability by including a sub oil pan and double filters to prevent dust from contaminating the oil. Additionally, the machine features a bottom-feed adjusting mechanism that regulates the amount of bottom-feed while keeping the needle feed constant. This adjustment helps prevent uneven material feeding without altering the stitch pitch.
