The BCE200 Series comes in the following models:

Standard “ECONOMY” Bag Closing Machine with vertical acting presser foot system

• BCE211P01-1: For closing filled bags with a two thread double locked chainstitch (stitch type 401). Thread chain cutting by continuously driven nibbler knives. Stitch length easily adjustable from 6.5 to 11.5 mm (2-4 SPI), standard setting 9 mm (3 SPI). Capacity under presser foot up to 12.7 mm depending on style. Sewing capacity on paper up to 32 plies depending on weight of paper.

Automatic “ECONOMY” Bag Closing Machines with vertical acting presser foot system

• BCE211P16-1M: Same as BCE211P01-1, but start-stop automatically by feeler controlled proximity switch. Thread chain is automatically cut by electropneumatically operated jump out scissors. (Activated by double-acting air cylinder, see picture detail) Control voltage 24 V DC.
• BCE211P16-1A: Same as BCE211P16-1M, but control voltage 200-230V, 50/60 Hz.
• BCE211P15-1: Same as BCE211P16-1M, but without electro-pneumatic components and solenoid valve.
• BCE291P16-1M: Same as BCE2111P16-1M, but single-thread chainstitch bag closing machine (stitch type 101)
• BCE211UA26-1M: Single needle two thread double locked chainstitch bag closing machine in automatic version for closing filled bags with or without a crepe paper tape. (Without tape folder) Thread chain with or without filler cord (respectively crepe tape) are automatically trimmed by an “advanced” electro-pneumatically operated guillotine. (Activated by double acting air cylinder, see picture detail) Advantage: Reliable trimming of thread chain with or without filler cord (respectively crepe tape). Sewing speed with crepe paper tape: up to approx. 12m/min (at 9 mm stitch length). For application with bag feed-in devices.
• BCE211U26-1M: Same as BCE211UA26-1M, but with crepe tape folder, adjusting range 50 to 70 mm. For manual sewing. Start-Stop automatically by feeler controlled proximity switch.
• BCE211UA25-1: Same as BCE211UA26-1M, but without electro-pneumatic components and without solenoid valve.
